I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with this custom cushion for our entryway bench. It fit "perfectly" and matches the color of my front and garage doors (Benjamin Moore, Hale Navy). And it arrived a lot sooner that I thought it would. So thank you. My wife and I are very impressed with the quality of the pillows we received from Cushion Source. We would recommend Cushion Source to anyone requiring custom pillows. We made an error in ordering the back cushion not realizing or understanding the template option. It was corrected with a call to your company office.
The bench seat is firm to sit on, perfectly sized to our specs and the colours match to the website. Fabric seems a good quality. The colours match perfectly into our design. The contrast piping seam is visually great. We love the bench seat and would recommend your service. The timing from order to delivery was reasonable.
Love it! Great service, great product. I am so happy with the fit (custom for my window seat),the look of the fabric, and the comfort of the cushion. It looks and feels great! Customer service reached out to me for clarification when I had made a mistake on my request. I had reversed length and width. I am so glad they reached out, or I would have a hard time removing the cushion from the narrow end for cleaning. I am entirely satisfied!
